Standard cookie cutter MM build. Will go Surv at 500 Agility, or stay MM if we need Aura. There's really nothing overly complex about MM hunters. Maintain soft hit cap, then all that crit and AP you can find. Don't interupt your auto shots, use equivalency points to prioritize stats. Mongoose is the only real choice.

Bartender, KLH Threat, DamageMeters, BigWigs, Sullen's Hunter Auto attack tracker thing, eCastBars. I'm minimalist, and on retail I often played with invisible action bars. My keybinds are all efficient and comfortable. As a guitar player, F1-5 has always been an easy stretch in clutch (teehee) moments.

What is your past PvE experience?

Cleared all Vanilla content up to and including Kel'Thuzad with a guild called Catalyst, as a Prot Warrior. Took a small hiatus for BC but returned for most of SWP. Downed all content but not competitively so. Rerolled outright for WoTLK and climbed the guild ladder on a rogue until I joined Team Ice, where I achieved several top 10 DPS world records for T8.5 and T9 content. In my time there we also snagged world 17th Algalon, server second on Illidan. Shortly after that the guild declined rapidly in quality, and I quit retail.

What is your past PvP experience?

Rival on a Warrior and Rogue. Marshall on the Warrior.

Do you have any other notable gaming experience?

World firsts for most initial content in DC Universe Online as a Sorcery/Handlbasters/Flight healer.

Do you have any experience in leadership or held a role of special responsibility in any type of organization (including other WoW guilds)?

I have been the class and role leader for melee DPS, Warriors and rogues in various other less impressive guilds, maybe top 500 world. As such I spent a lot of time coordinating buffs and building optimal raiding set ups. I also coached for efficiency in this role. In real life I am a part time dating coach and a student with a Psych Major, and most of my day jobs have included some form of management, customer service and damage control.

Why did you choose Clutch?

I want to raid competitively, and you offer that opportunity more than any other guild.

Why should Clutch choose you?

I am punctual, dedicated, knowledgeable and patient. I enjoy seeing a raid inch %s closer to the next phase or beating my personal best DPS record. I live for the progression and the gradual improvement as a whole.

Is there anybody in the guild who would be willing to vouch for you?

I'm sure I've bumped into a few of you in 5 mans, but Deam and I ran a rather successful Stratholme run together. He seemed to be a very efficient healer, and he encouraged me to apply.

What hours are you able to play?

Given my current class schedule, I am quite flexible and able to make your raid times. For me, you raid around noon to shortly in the afternoon. I also have the time to farm and keep my hunter maintained.

Is there anything that could impede on your availability to raid (sports, vacations...)?

Midterms, papers and finals. These would be few and far between and would only rarely interfere with my play.

Have you read and understood all the guild rules?

The dingo is frisky.
