Guild meeting on Mumble 21/06/12 -- 20:00 @ GMT +1 (Future raid time) NEW MEETING ON 22nd!

Launch is drawing near and our leveling groups are starting to look good. Currently we have assembled approximately 6 groups with a possible few more still in the workings. Activity has been good during the last couple of days, but we feel as though there needs to be more communication amongst everybody. A lot of people do not even know who else they will be leveling with, and it is for this reason that we have arranged for a Guild meeting on Mumble this Thursday in the hopes of that the members of each group will get to acquaint themselves with one another better.

Please note that not everybody who signed up for a leveling group has been assigned one. I am sorry about this, but we have come to realize the dangers of having nearly the whole guild participate. If every member takes part in a leveling group, there is a large risk of many groups quickly becoming dysfunctional as one or more of its members has to leave/is unable to continue for unexpected reasons, at which point there will be nobody to replace them. It is therefore absolutely vital that there exists a backup 'buffer' of members able to join stalled groups on short notice. Everybody will obviously be on Mumble, so if a group needs help, it will be close by.

Everybody who signed up for a leveling group will be considered equally in terms of contribution. You should not feel discouraged or marginalized if you did not ultimately end up in a group, because in the end you are still doing us all a big favor.

Mumble information will later be posted in this announcement, so please make sure to install the relevant software. The finished groups will also be posted here before the actual meeting takes place, so do not forget to check this topic for updates regularly.

Another meeting will be hosted on the 22th of June @ 20:00 GMT + 1. We had about 25 - 27 people online today, and we were quite pleased. People who couldn't make it today will get a new opportunity tomorrow.

I'm really sorry for not being able to participate at this meetings, but got home from sweden 5 mins ago, been there since tuesday. But i'll come at the 22/6 meeting.
