(edit: Wont allow me to link to other sites) This spec seems to be a good spec for starters. It provides a necessary boost to hit aswell as improved totems which is particularly useful in a group of melee DPS as SoE Totem and WF totem provides a noticeable increase in DPS.

This spec will be good later on as it increases DPS further when hit is no longer an issue, and still provides the improved totems.

When it comes to consumables I'll probably use mostly Elixir of the Mongoose as crit is a vital stat for enchance shamans and basic buff food and whatever I might get my hands on, like winterspring firewater, Rumsey rum black label and whatnot.

Here is a picture of my current UI. I aimed for a clean, yet informative UI. For party and raid frames I use X-perl. As for combat addons I use ScrollingCombatText aswell as ArcHUD, Damagemeters (hidden) and threatmeter (hidden). As for other, less necessary addons I use things like DMG fonts, Atlas, AtlasLoot, Metamap etc.

As for the keybinds they might look a bit wierd, and that is because I got 3*6 macro buttons on my keyboard which I like to use. I'm basically binding everything .

What is your past PvE experience?
Basically I've raided MC, ZG, BWL and Onyxia, and just a tiny bit in AQ40 in vanilla, then I moved on to TK and BT in TBC followed by ICC Heroic in a high end guild and I quit Cataclysm when we downed Deathwing.

What is your past PvP experience?
While I love PvE, PvP is also something I put a great intrest in. I've been PvPing in all expansions, not that I've always been particularly successful. On last Q-gaming I reached Warlord, but i got no greater achievements in that regard.

Do you have any other notable gaming experience?
Maybe nothing notable, but I'm a gamer, hence I play many games and got a basic understanding of general game mechanics. You might recognize me by the name of Atex?

Do you have any experience in leadership or held a role of special responsibility in any type of organization (including other WoW guilds)?
Can't say I have.

Why did you choose Clutch?
Clutch seems like a serious and capable guild with much to offer, and as such I'd very much like to join and have a chance to progress and make new friends .

Why should Clutch choose you?
Because I am capable, understanding, patient, determined and because i take and value criticism. I am friendly and always bring a smile, and I also love to help out any guildies that might need help.

Is there anybody in the guild who would be willing to vouch for you?
I think both Pro, Rejuvenator and Insignia would be willing.

What hours are you able to play?
I'm able to play every evening, but as it is currently summer I'm free from school, so I can play 24/7 if I'd like to .

Is there anything that could impede on your availability to raid (sports, vacations...)?
Not really, no.

NOTE: When it comes to not writing the "The dingo is frisky" message nor correcting the spellingerror in my first application, it simply put comes down to a short memory. I had read the rules the day before, as that was the day my friends told me about the guild and wanted me to apply. I was too tired at that time to write an apply, and such proceeded to write it the next day. Ofcourse this is all my fault and I take full responsibility, and would very much appreciate a new chance.

As for implying that I'm lying, I assume It's releated to the fact that I "didn't" read the rules, otherwise I'd like to know what I'm accused of, hah .

Hello, Disturbed. We do not currently use enhancement shamans for our raids. Would you be willing to spec restoration to join Clutch? If yes, please respond to question 1 and 2 again with this in mind.

Oh, I see, that's fine. I rather not go restoration. I'm quite suprised that you wont use an enchance shaman in your raid, since it was quite common to have one in the raid to boost the raids DPS. Thanks for your time though .

I wouldn't say an Enhance would 'Boost' the DPS per say. They only seem to get a SLIGHT boost to totems through Enhancing Totems. But when you crunch it down It would be more viable to have to trade that SMALL buff with a class that can largely out DPS a shammy. ^_^

Enhancement shaman really has to have Nightfall with its 15% more magical damage debuff proc to be viable in raids.

It's not a matter of principle, but rather that our raid comp is finished and we haven't sufficiently tested enhancement shamans to determine their viability yet. We might have them in the future, but as a precaution we've decided to go with elemental and restoration shamans for the time being. Have a good time and good luck finding another guild (or join as Insignia's social).
