Also provide links to the talent builds you choose to expand on: My primary raiding spec is restoration (15/31/5)this spec is focuse on high damage the buff from the daggers specialization is rly nice ,adrenalin rush is a nice Cd to use it on a burn faze and a nyce boost to my damage improve kick is for that casters mobs when need it improve sprint to have more up time on boss all around a nice dps build for consumables flask if there any if not elixir of mongoose,scrolls of agility and ofc Healt potions and bandages for that time when healers go low on mana. the links are broken so if you need it i can link it in game .

What is your past PvE experience? I start playing WOW as soon as was on market i was a Ud rogue from day one in a guild call Khaos on daggerspine US we start raiding MC was fun to play a rogue and learn the class the up's and downs of the class we clear the place to was a pain to get 40 people focus and play at max after that we move slow to Blw witch was a brick wall for a lot of guilds bk then the with the first boss wipe us over and over in the end we clear the Bwl but we change a lot of players during this till we got the perfect harmony in the raid ,we start AQ 20 with some of old core guild and some new people we recrut and manage to clear Aq 40 was my favorite open world raid huge place with lot of mobs and nice encounters .i dint do Naxx because we didn't have the players for it and people got bored at the time + BC was released soon and we din not even try only the spider wing i think .
Do you have any other notable gaming experience? I play a lot of games Diablo 2 Aion but nothing compare to WoW when comes in terms of dedication.

Do you have any experience in leadership or held a role of special responsibility in any type of organization (including other WoW guilds)? I never like to lead people to much time involve but i like to come up with ideas to help the raid as best as i can .

Why did you choose Clutch? I like serious and mature who wanna get things done even if will take forever or people who don't give up easy after 10 /20 wipes on a progress boss .
Why should Clutch choose you? I'm experience in my class i know what to do i accept criticism if is in the improving the raid performance social dude . i will give my best to prove then i know how to play my class.
Is there anybody in the guild who would be willing to vouch for you? Insignia i spoke with him when the server was having problems and he was keeping me update

What hours are you able to play?well i'm on EU side so from 6- 7 pm server time till 12-1 am all depends on how long the raid will go

Is there anything that could impede on your availability to raid (sports, vacations...)?If i will go some were like Vacations i will let the officers know in advance in rest i try my best to be on every raid .

Have you read and understood all the guild rules? I read them and I understand and agree with them .
